ECU ASDA Burnisher's Ball
Description
The ECU Chapter of the American Student Dental Association plans to hold an event on March 11th, 2017 at Rock Springs Center in Greenville, NC. Last year the primary focus of the event was to increase awareness of the Patient Care Fund and build a sense of community within the dental school. This year the focus is shifted more towards increasing faculty participation and raising more money than last year for the Patient Care Fund. The Patient Care Fund was created to assist low-income populations in paying for dental care they otherwise could not afford. Last year we raised $3,308.95. The goal of the event is to raise at least $4,000 for the fund. Growing this fund will further the mission of the ECU SoDM to better the oral health of all North Carolinians. We plan to raise this money through ticket sales, sponsorships, and a drawing.

Tickets
All students, residents, staff, faculty and alumni are invited to this event. Attendees may also buy tickets for guests at the same price as their ticket. The purchase of a ticket will include entry and dinner. Forms of payment for ticket prices include:

For each transaction, ticket sales will be recorded via a paper receipt and recorded on the mater ticket sales spreadsheet found in the ASDA Dropbox. In addition, electronic receipts will be given for those who purchase tickets with their credit/debit card.

We would like to thank our sponsors as this event wouldn't be possible without them. Our goal is to donate 100% of the sponsorship funds to the Patient Care Fund. There are 4 tiers of corporate sponsorship levels:

$3500 - Presenting Sponsor (1 available): The presenting sponsor will be featured on all written marketing materials

$1000 - Gold Level Sponsor: Recognition will be visible at entrance on a display board to all attendees and recognized on pamphlet

$500 - Silver Level Sponsor: Business Card will displayed on pamphlet

$250 - Bronze Level Sponsor: Name will be displayed on back of pamphlet
